What is the make and model of the computer?

its not a computer it is humanware and it will not go past Prodigi!

I believe you must be having the HumanWare Prodigi Duo which is a video magnifier, is that correct?

Unplug the power cable from the Prodigi after that press and hold down the power button on the Prodigi for 45 seconds, make sure the power cable is unplugged while you perform the step.

Release the power button after 45 seconds and connect the power cable and power it back on.
