Hi, thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com. My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

If you have an email program or an email app on a handheld, then the first thing to do is to verify that the emails are gone, by logging in to your email account, by way of a WebMail interface using a web browser on a computer.

Some email services may be able to restore recently deleted emails, if you apply to them soon enough. For suggestions on how to apply, and where, please tell me what email service you have - i.e., like AOL, or Mail.com, or Hotmail.com, etc.

So in other words, you have a GMail account, is that correct?

Do you always log in to your account using a web browser and the

http://mail.google.com

login URL ? Or, do you log in through some other site, such as a University URL ?
