My daughter has an alternate email can you send her the information please since she can read hers. I have to go to pick up my grandson. Her email is***@******.*** or at least how to reconnect here to fix this when I return

Well honestly I don't think I know that password ***** either which is my problem when they send it to you they won't send it to your cell only to the email which I cannot access

That won't work. The Hotmail account that I listed is your back up account.

If you have an AT&T internet account, you might be able to call them and they can reset it for you. I've got a sbcglobal.net account also and AT&T customer service can do this.
