Hi, Pearl,
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: I have forgotten my email address and password. How do I retrieve or reset them? I use a MacBook laptop.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: Three days ago I called Juno help and during that conversation Juno changed my password ***** a temporary one: 666016. Then, before the change could be made, we were cut off. Since I didn't know her name or where in the world she was, I couldn't call her back. So, I'm back at square one.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Not knowing how my Mac works, I haven't tried anything else.
