Hi. I switched from Comast to AT & T. My computer works, but I cannot connect my i-pad. I tried AT & T and they told me to contact Apple. I went to the Stanford Mall and they said I had to do it this way.
I am using the ID and password ***** the back of the (modem?) But it will not connect.
