Customer Question

Case #*****: unresolved. I normally use Outlook 2010 as a front-end for my roadrunner e-mail. Yesterday Outlook suddenly would not open any folders, and showed zero email present. I called in to chat like this, and the tech restored my email files via Outlook (something about moving the .pst file, I think). However, only email prior to 10:30 yesterday morning was restored in Outlook. Same thing today. The mail is there on the roadrunner server, and I can see it up-to-date by logging in at Please help.
