I did a "reset" on my pc and lost all of my storage folders

Hi there. I did a "reset" on my pc and lost all of my storage folders in my Windows Live Mail. I paid Microsoft $200 today and they were not able to find them for me. I am so frustrated and disappointed. I have a lot of important information in those subfolders. Can you help me?

Hi Sandy. I would gladly have you do the remote support for me, but do you know if you will for sure be able to get back the storage folders from Windows Live Mail for me? I already had Microsoft do the remote support (and I paid them $200), but there were not able to get them back. Mind you, I did feel that the gentleman who tried to help me was not very experienced. Hi Sandy. Thanks for your response. I was not able to download the first link, because I do not have a Mac. I also was not able to download the second line. My computer would not allow it.
