My email address is***@******.***. When I try to select my I mail I get a pop up on my iPad screen that says "cannot get mail server has failed". Daemon is my server. I called them why the server has failed they tell me they can't helper because it is an issue I have to work out through yahoo. I need help and I need to talk to a human being because when try chat modes I keep going around in circles and get nowhere. Can you help me?

Can you hold the home and power buttons for about 10 seconds on the iPad until you see the apple logo then release.

Let the iPad restart and tell me if it clears the error please.
