Hello Linda and thank you for choosing

I think i understand what you are trying to do.

The best way to Deactivate your Gmail accounts, you are correct, you DO need the password, because you HAVE to be LOGGED IN to that account, to be able to Deavtivate it.

This can be a challenge, and the best way to do this, is for me to SEE what options are being presented to you, for password *****

A remote session, can solve this, and is the best secure way for me to help you in this type of situation.

Are you okay with having a remote session?
