I cannot open my Microsoft 2007 Outlook : At first it was

Customer Question

I cannot open my Microsoft 2007 Outlook
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: At first it was sporadic (a few months) but for the last week I can't open it at all
JA: Tell me a bit more about what's going on so he can help you best.
Customer: I get a message from that Outlook isn't opening and to go to Scanpst.exe, which I've done but that hasn't worked either. Another user on our account is able to access his Outlook so it is only a problem for me as a user.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Email Technician should know?
Customer: Not that I am aware of
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Email Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

May I know the operating system you are using? Is it Windows 7?

Are you getting any error message while trying to open outlook?

Thank you.

Please get into Control panel and select Uninstall a program.

Select Microsoft Office/Outlook and select Repair. Complete the repair and check if the issue persists.

You will be charged only once for the complete session.

Thank you.
