Welcome to, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you.

I may be able to help you reset the password ***** your old apple id, and then change the email address registered with it.

The best way for us to proceed would be via a screen sharing session, or a phone call. ( or both )

Im sending that offer to you now, once accepted or rejected we can continue.

Since I cannot access my iPhone we can proceed vi scree sharing session
Expert:  Dustin replied 1 year ago.

If you have a mac or a pc, we can share screens that way. Or, we could speak over the phone and I could use my machine to help you reset the account and regain access to it.

However youd prefer to proceed.
