My e-mail account through Time Warner is***@******.***. I have installed the latest Thunderbird program, and cannot access my e-mail account. I get an error message as follows: My account is either being used by another account or the password ***** ***** (sorry, that is not her exact words. I think the problem is assigning the POP incoming and outgoing ports. They may be reversed and I don't know how to change them. I can access my e-mail direct to TWC for your information. Thank you...
