I can't access my account. My old email which you now say belongs to someone else it belongs to me. I signed in with a different email accidentally. They gave me a new account. I have lots of pins and would like to get them back

Please go to https://www.pinterest.com/password/reset/ and type in the email address that you originally used when you created the Pinterest account. Do you still have access to emails sent tp that email account? Is the email account that you provided earlier the account that you think you first used for Pinterest?

Is it possible that you used your Facebook account to sign in to Pinterest initially? If not, do you know what your original Pinterest username might be? Just to rule it out, let's try this...log in to Facebook, keep it open, then in another window go to Pinterest, and on the login screen, click the Facebook icon. Another option is Google +. If you have a Google account, login to that and keep it open, then in another window go to Pinterest, and on the login screen, click the Google Plus icon.

I'm really trying hard to help you. How long has it been since you last signed into Pinterest? Do you have any idea what your username might have been? Do you have friends who are on Pinterest who could look and tell you what you username is?

Ok, oddly, this time when I tried to sign in with***@******.*** and clicked on forgot password, It said it was sending an email to you to allow you to reset your password. Previously it said there was no account associated with that email address. Can you please check your email, reset the password ***** and try to login? If you can successfully do that and there are no pins then you set the accoutn with something other than that email address. Have you tried the instructions that I sent for using your Facebook to login?

I've changed my password. It doesn't give me the option to use Facebook. Again I've already done what you said. I couldn't get the Facebook option.

I have attached a screenshot of all board created that contain LeAnn Keaton as part of the username. Is one of these yours?. All Pinterest accounts have the option to login using Facebook. I don't think I can help you if you aren't going to allow me to remotely connect.

Does your Team Viewer software look like this screen shot? If so, please provide the id and passcode from YOUR screen.
