Sorry for the delay, but this response was not sent to my email (*****@******.***) so I had no idea that you had responded. My email address is***@******.*** - I access it through outlook.com, logging in through mail.live - I do not have a @outlook.com or @Hotmail.com address.Robert

As I had heard nothing from you, I contacted Microsoft, and it appears that the problem is not in my computer, but in their server, so I doubt you can do anything to fix it. I will cancel this request nowThank you
