I cannot get out of my smart phone aol which is frozen with the new mail page from yesterday. It tells me that I am using a "different"user name or wrong password.
It asks me if I want to update my account password ***** it does not tell me where and how.
I am able to use the the same account successfully on my IPad but not my phone.
Would appreciate suggestions. I am using my wife's phone to send you this request.
