I just changed the password ***** my computer and now I cannot open my computer. I have written the new password ***** tried several times yesterday to open but it would not...I then tried the old password ***** I no longer works either. I need help to by pass or reset the password ***** I cannot even get into the computer to do this. How do I open the computer?

Ok. Thank you for that. I apologize for asking you to click the link. I wasn't thinking about the fact that you can't click it if you can't get in to the laptop. Just ot be sure can you look for a Windows sticker somewhere on the laptop that mentions the version?.
