I was upgrading and using the wrong password. I finally found the correct password ***** they said I had tried too many passwords.
Also, what is the difference in a password ***** passcode? I thought they were the same but apparently not.

Passcode is when you lock your phone and it wants a 4 digit pin number to unlock it.
