I can see them but I can't read or respond or create new emails.
I can open & read on other devices (like my phone and iPad)

Are you using Microsoft Outlook email client software to access your emails or you are using chrome browser to access emails via webmail.

open outlook and look at the top or press Alt + H key it will open the help link select About Microsoft office Outlook it will then show you the version.

I only have Outlook Mail and none of those options work???

it quite possible the outlook package is corrupted or the functions are not working and it could be for different reasons

Have you checked your computer for malwares and virures?

I'm not sure if this conversation is going the way that I planned. It seems as though it isn't the solution that I was looking for.

i need to know the details of the package the problem you are facing so that i can provide you a solution however if you are not happy providing more details then in that case i beliver yo uwill not be able to get support from any source. I am not sure which way you want the issue to be sorted and fixed. I will open the question to other experts for there views and input.
