I have checked your account and you can change (reset) the current password ***** confirming your identity.

The easiest way to do that is to confirm access to the associated e-mail address. For security reasons, I cannot see the e-mail address in full. I only see this:

b•••••*****@******.***

Do you recognize such e-mail address, and can you access it?

The associated e-mail address is different than "*****@******.***", and another password ***** be used for that e-mail address.

If you can access that e-mail address, you will be able to reset the password ***** "*****@******.***".
