Hi there Max and welcome

Exactly what format is the newsletter in on your computer?

eg: a word document?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It goes through Constant Contact. I upload it from a word document and they send it out. Seems this has happened because the newsletter has gotten longer - about 60 pages in word and seems be just happening with aol users

Can you attach the file here please so I can check it?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
My readers are complaining about this so I do not have a sample. I just need to know how to show my readers (mostly seniors by the way and maybe not too computer literate) how to do this themselves.

ok, if they double click the ZIP file, then it will open, they can then just double click the word file.

the issue will be the file is too large so AOL zips it, so have them double click it then double click the word file that will be displayed and they can open it as normal.
