Customer Question

My 88 year old mother's email account has not changed for a long time. Neither has her password. When she tries to sign in, gmail will not accept her password. I think it is wrong for you to charge her $42, but she wants to stay with what is familiar to her.

I am the person that will be helping you today.

"We" are not Google. We are a group of individuals that help people with their problems online. You stated that it was wrong for "us" to charge for our services. We do not work for free. Knowing this, do you wish to continue or shall I send up your refund request?

I will be standing by, looking forward to your response.

Thank you,
