I don't believe the account is fully closed as there is a delay so there is a good chance your account will just need to be reactivated and you'll be back in business.
I understand. You do not have to pay unless you're satisfied with the help. The issue is I cannot restore your account since I do not work for Microsoft.If you follow the link I listed then click on Accounts & billing, you can choose an option to have Microsoft call you as soon as possible.

I surprised though because it takes 270 days before the account is fully inactive.
