Often times, AOL may freeze your account if they think that it was compromised. If you have tried logging in a few times and were unsuccessful, this may be the case. The way to fix it is to simply, reset your password. When you reset the password, the lock is removed and you can log in.

Please, follow the instructions below to reset your AOL/AIM password:
Please, click the following link: https://account.aol.com/account/password/start

On that page, enter the requested information and follow the instructions.

Once you do that, you will be able to reset your password ***** that ID.
