A few weeks ago, I asked for a new e-mail address. They gave me one, but under some
circumstances I lost it. I've been trying to get a new one, but they keep rejecting me.
I've been with Microsoft for at least 20 years. I will be 85 years old in April and I only have a few things left to enjoy. I would appreciate it if someone would help me.
