I can no longer get into my gmail account on my Samsung 5 mini. following a message from google I attempted to change my password ***** I went through a complicated screen and got locked up on a security question asking if the devices shown looked ok. listed was all devices that I have using google. I had also deleted my security question earlier. in neither of these screen was there a screen that allowed me to enter a new security question or that I agreed with the devices I was using on google. I can no longer get into google on my the cell phone mentioned above and I have received no help. PLEASE HELP ME, I have been a loyal customer of google for many years and very upset. PLEASE
