Hello there All of a sudden...
Hello there
All of a sudden, all my received and sent emails are being duplicated into my wife's email boxes. Also, whilst I can send an email to myself from her account, the reverse is not happening as nothing appears in her inbox. I use Windows Live Mail on my laptop with Windows 7. Can you explain please?

Are both accounts setup on the same computer within Windows Live Mail?

Do you know if the accounts are setup with pop3 or imap?

It may be easier to remove both accounts and add them again.

As far as I'm aware they are pop3. I'm worried that if I remove anything, I'll lose all my storage folders

Yes with pop3 you would, do you have Microsoft Outlook installed?

No I don't. What I can't understand is why everything has worked fine since I set up a separate gmail address for my wife and now it doesn't.

Go to file export mail and save your emails somewhere for both accounts. Then we can remove and add them again.

I'm sorry I'm not confident enough to try to export all my email folders elsewhere. I've tried putting them all on a removable memory stick but this doesn't seem to work. I think I may have to live with the problem or I could delete my wife's email account altogether for the time being.
