that´s a log from the smtp conector. after RCPT - +TO comand the conection is closed abrutly

And the version of outlook itself? Is it the web only version? Or do you have an outlook program installed on your Windows server 2003 system?

in the server i don´t have any outlook program installed on the server but i have in the cliente pc win 10 with outlook 2013 installed.our server receive email from hotmail, gmail, yahoo. he only has problem receiving from clientes outsite our office that use smtpserver from (...)outbound.protection.outlook.comsorry about the english

its a windows server 2003 in a domain with 75 pc's conected. We has all users with outlook 2013 and exchange email accounts
