On the 21/12/15 I tried to renew my security on my computer.

Customer Question

On the 21/12/15 I tried to renew my security on my computer. I asked for a 3year subscription and paid $113.29 for it on my credit card. I believe this amount was sent overseas as it included overseas TXN Fee of $3.30. Nothing ever happened on my computer. A month later I had a phone call from some one representing your company, they tried to take me down and tried to take funds out of my account with out success. I am still trying to clean up the mess. They were probably from overseas (Phillipines) although they said they were from Sydney. I have taken out a dispute order with my bank. Please reply to my Email address. [email protected] au.

Hi there David and welcome

From what you have described, it sounds like you may have been dealing with a fraudulent company, as the process you undertook is not common.

What exactly are you seeing on your computer at the moment?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
You are correct the people that contacted me was a fraudulent company. While they were in my computer your security was removed from my computer. I have had to change my banking pin numbers, and Visa card, but every thing is in order now. I would prefer if you could refund the money to me or I will continue with the query at the ANZ Bank. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter
