We sent a package to our son is Denver, Colorado on October 24th. The order #113-4503118-7625067. It was delivered but the individual my husband spoke to at the UPS store said it was delivered and evidently he just placed it in the "mail room". He did not get in touch with my son that he had a package for him and to come down and pick it up. Also my son might not have been there so we assumed the UPS person would have left a message on my son's mailbox informing him he had a package and he could go down to the UPS store to pick it up. If he just placed it in the mail room someone could have picked it up and stolen it. That is what happened to a previous package that was sent to him. He just happened to be in the laundry room and happened to look at the trash can and saw his name on the package. Luckily the individual must have decide he didn't like what was in there and through it away. How can we resolve this matter? … read more
