Customer Question

I have had Chrome as my ISP on my desktop for several years. The Google Calendar was synced with my cell phone and worked well. I got a new cell phone on Saturday and have been trying to link my desktop calendar without success. In the meantime, I think I have created 2 different Google e-mail addresses with 2 different passwords and I can't tell which one I should be using (and discard the other one) to open all my Google access. P.S. the new phone is a Samsung Note 5.

I'm sorry about the issue. On the cellphone, did you sign in with your current email address as on your desktop?

Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
