I have used Mozella, and cannot open my Mozella e-mail

I have used Mozella for...
I have used Mozella for years, and cannot open my Mozella e-mail account today. I could read my e-mails yesterday, but could not send e-mails. Xplornet was having problems. I am 87 years old and technically challenaged. I do need help, but not sure how to get it. My e-mail address is '*****@******.***'. Not sure how I will receive help when I can not open my e-mail accound.
