What are you guys doing? First I'm writing to Anwar Kamil, then Jess M takes over, and now it says experts are looking at my question. I agreed for you to call me, but no one is calling me. I just got an email onCustomer comcast.net and Just Answer has refunded me 35.00 back to my account. Why? I never knew they charged me 35.00. and I don't want you to use that account any more. I'm not used to all of this fussing around. I thought someone would call me. Nobody did. Cripes, am I going to solve this or what? Edmund
