On the page that opens up, click "I Agree".

Download the remote file when prompted, and then OPEN/RUN the "Elsinore Screen Connect" file downloaded (at the bottom of your browser window.)

It says it is downloaded, but I cannot open it.

Save the file, when prompted. Next, open up the downloaded "TeamViewerQS_en" file from your downloads.

Reply back to me with the ID and password ***** by the TeamViewer window. Please make sure to keep that window running as well. Thank you.

Im sorry. Evidently, the downloads are not coming through. Any other suggestions?

Yes, please right-click and copy the following link:

Next, right-click and paste the link in Chrome, and open it up.

Click "I Agree" - an "Elsinore Screen Connect" file should be downloaded at the very bottom of your Chrome window. Click on that file, and run when prompted - and I'll be connected.
