I attempted to download new version of RoboForm and it asked

I attempted to download new version of RoboForm and it asked for password ***** was emailed to me. I did not have an email from you. so I clicked cancel then I lost RoboForm from internet explorer. Mozilla fire fox had previously lost RoboForm menu. What is going on? truly rely on RoboForm. My original order# *****(###) ###-####Frank ****. Help me to get it back please!
