I am using windows 10...
I am using windows 10. I have a Hotmail account for my e-mail. for the last 2 weeks, I have been receiving junk mail that appears to be coming from my own Hotmail account. It shows my name as sender and when I put the cursor on my name as sender, it shows my Hotmail e-mail account. thought I might have been hacked so I changed my password. does not make a difference. still getting bad messages. I get rid of them by clicking on "move to" and calling them a phishing mail. Need to know how to stop these messages.

I cannot take a phone call at this time, I can assist you via chat or via a remote session - alternatively if you put in a request for a phone call, another expert can give you a call if they think they can help you out.

Your problem is quite common, spammers use your own email address to send emails so the spam filter doesn't catch them - there are only a handful of ways to stop this, one of which includes filtering your own email address as the receiver

I can't connect to your cell phone anyway - you need to be on a computer for that.

A phone call is a possibility and an additional service which is charged on top of your question value (whatever you bid for).
