I want to re-install CS5. When I do, I always get the message: "Installer failed to initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem." I have downloaded the "Creative Cleaner Tool". but it doesn't run. This is, as far as I remember, the first question I have since I started with Adobe CS.

Ensure you are logged on as administrator, and try disabling UAC, then try installing CS5 again.
