Can you tell me please in which email program or service you are doing this in?
They call it outlook now Susan (they change it every few years)
To make a group
Click the arrow next to New, and then click New group.
Enter a group name.
Under Add member start to enter a name or email address. When the contact appears on the list, click it.
When you've added all the members you want, click Save.
Then when you are maling a new email you can start typing the group name in the To (or CC, Bcc) and it will then appear.

Download and install the program and give me the ID and Password ***** please so I can connect
Do not close the program but leave it open else I will not be able to connect
