YESTERDAY I HAD AOL TECHS CLEAN THE PROBLEMS IN MY AOL ACCOUNT: IE. SLOW TO OPEN, 2 AUDIOS PLAYING AT SAME TIME AND BROKEN UP, JERKY IMAGE ON SCREEN, ADS PLAYING TWICE, ETC.
NOW I CANNOT GET INTO MY STOCK PORTFOLIO AND BANK ACCOUNT, OPEN "SETTINGS",
TO ADJUST FOR MY PREFERENCES SUCH AS STORING MY PASSWORD ***** SETTING MY TEXT SIZE.
THE TECH CHANGED ME FROM AOL 8.0 TO AOL 9.0 VR SAYING MY WINDOWS XP WAS NOT COMPATIBLE W/ AOL 8.0.
NOW WE HAVE A PROBLEM.........NEED A TECH THAT STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY.
