After fixing my outlook with tech Richard my administrator had the same problem so went through the exact steps on his outlook as we had done on mine. It Sync his folders but his inbox emails did not show up. Any suggestions?

Who is your email through? Gmail? Hotmail? MSN? Your company's?

OK, so you are using your company domain, How are you accessing the email? Through Microsoft Outlook 2013?

Now, I need to know specifically what you mean by 'inbox emails not showing up.' Do you mean the inbox is blank? When it wasn't blank before? Or do you mean that no new emails are showing up?
