I have tried 7 times to change my password. They all get accepted but when I go to sign in at***@******.*** it keeps saying it is incorrect. This is driving me crazy because I have a huge dialogue box about signing in that's blocking access to desktop. f nothing else, please help me get rid of the box so I can get back to work! Thanks

Can you tell me please how you access your email? Via your internet browser? Or via an email program such as outlook 2010?

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.
