I have a real big problem, an odd one. I started gmail many
I started gmail many years ago, with this account:***@******.***. After some years, i opened another address;***@******.***. In time, i preferred this latter, and made it my "preference". But i never closed the previous one. Friends told me that if i stopped checking my***@******.***, it will "expire"by itself, after some time. (???) The problem is that in the meantime i forgot my gibanitza password. No problem, the important mails arrived only at***@******.***...But on Amazon, my password ***** ***** the old one...Now, i cant'enter my amazon account anymore. I saved the password, so the pc, anytime i entered my amazon, only requested my old email address:gibanitza. And then with hitting the "continue" button, i was always able to enter my account. Until two days ago: i entered amazon, made an order, and then thought: well why not update my email address? I don t'use gibanitza anymore! I only look at tatjanagadanskiçgmail.com!! But the pc required me the old gibanitza pswd, after so much time... And i don't remember it anymore. I'm not able to enter my Amazon account anymore. I talked to an Amazon assistant who told me i'll be better consult you on gmail assistance, and see if it is possible to 1-ripristinate gibanitza, or maybe it will be better to 2- suppress it definitely and start on Amazon as a new client, loosing all the chronology of my previous orders and so...Can you help me? … read more
