Days have been trying to pay annual fee. VISA credit card

Customer Question

For 10 days have been trying to pay annual fee for Office. VISA credit card has expired and new expiration date needs to be shown before charge for Office can be made. Have been trying to sign into my account, but have forgotten my password. Keep going around with getting "code" to reset my password, all have been rejected and I have not made any progress. My account is my email address:***@******.***.
Can you help me out so I can pay the fee for Office subscription?
