Customer Question

When I bring up my e-mail on Windows Live Mail, I am increasingly getting an error message that says:
"unable to send or receive messages for the"
Mail Error ID: 0X800CCC0F
Protocol: POP3
Port: 110"
I am in fact always able to send e-mail, but receiving it is sporadic on Windows Live. All my e-mail comes in just fine on my iPhone through AT&T.
So what is wrong?
Yes, I have checked with HughesNet techs and they insist nothing is wrong with my satellite function and that the problem must be with Windows Live Mail.
Can you help me solve this problem?

I went back into my account page and redid the credit card info. That page said my info was accepted. But the "accept this offer" button tells me the payment can't be processed. I have no idea why not. I give up.
