WINDOWS MAIL: I CAN RECEIVE E-MAIL BUT I CAN'T SEND OUT E-MAIL. I GET A NOTICE OR PROMPT TELLING ME I DON'T UNDERSTAND, ABOUT ENCRYPT AND DIGITAL SIGNATURE AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. IT JUST WON'T LET ME SEND. I HAVE FOUND THAT IF I GO TO A PREVIOUS E-MAIL OF THE PERSON I WANT TO CONTACT, I CAN DO MY E-MAIL ON REPLY. BUT I DON'T ALWAYS HAVE AN E-MAIL FROM THE PERSON I WANT TO CONTACT.
