I'm sorry about the issue.

Does this issue occur every time you turn on the computer?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, or 10?

Was there any change recently, such as windows updates got installed or you've installed / uninstalled a program, etc., that may have caused this issue?

Please try this fix: Right-click on the camera panels popup, then select the option to disable Autorun or something similar, then restart the computer and check.

If that does not work, please press at the same time the two keys Windows and R on your keyboard, then type msconfig then click OK. Then click on the Startup tab, then look for any camera / webcam item there, then uncheck the box in front of it. Then click OK, and restart the computer, and check.

Please reply at the box below to continue troubleshooting. Thank you.
