When I try to e-mail video of my swim strokes to my physical

Customer Question

When I try to e-mail video of my swim strokes to my physical therapist they go to Windows e-mail. But I use Comcast X-Finity e-mail. How to I attach the videos to a message in Comcast X-Finity e-mail

How big is it? Comcast's size limit on email messages is 15 MB, which corresponds to about 10 MB before encoding. So if it's bigger than this, you won't be able to send it as an attachment.

If it fits, you simply click on "Add Attachment" when composing the message, and select the file.
