I was out of town and shut my p.c. off mo. Went to restart

Customer Question

I was out of town and shut my p.c. off for 2 mo. Went to restart and it wouldn't. Dell gave several options on how to restart. We chose to get rid of all files , bring the p.c. back to day one. while setting up my Microsoft account the wrong email address was entered. Microsoft has asked to verify email address, but I can't because it isn't the correct address. How can I change this

Hello! I am IT Miro and I will assist you on this question.

If the password ***** won't go away, you can repeat the factory restoration steps to bring the PC to day one again. After that, you can enter the right Microsoft account address and password.
Are you able to do that?

Do you want me to provide the instructions on how to reset the PC to factory defaults?
