Customer Question

Some idiot at Google sent a screen to my computer asking me to join gmail. I cannot get rid of it and I have not been able to get to my gmail account fot three days. How do I get rid of it--- permanently. I also want a message/block installed on my Google account so ?I don't have some low I.Q. idiot working for Google to do anything like this again. I use both gmail and yahoo mail and I don't want some jerk screwing with my accounts ever again.
