When I set up my computer I had a Hotmail account, I added

When I set up my computer I had a Hotmail account, I added my Microsoft, pictures, files. I refreshed the system as the computer was not running well. I noticed I had two accounts one for Hotmail and one for MTS. I believe I deleted the Hotmail account and now have lost all my files. Is there a way to get this back.

That switched to MTS which matches my email.

Yes, I have a password ***** it only takes me to my email, it does allow me to retrieve the files.

It was a refresh that stated no files would be deleted.

Are you sure you didn't accidentally select Reset instead of Refresh which are two different options? I am assuming that you have Windows 8

Using Recuva should resolve your issue. I have used the program with thousands of customers to recover files but you must download and run the file.
