How do I change the size of a picture on my computer that is too large to send in an e mail that requires the picture to be 1 MB. The picture is 2 MB. We have Windows 8. The format is JPEG. You can attach images in .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp format
but no larger than 1024k (1MB) in memory size.

Hi! You can use a website such as http://www.picresize.com/ or you can open the picture in MS Paint then save the file again which will reduce the file size for you.
